Kasia is amazing! She comes right to my home, which is perfect for incorporating workouts with a busy schedule. Every workout is different—challenging, fun, and never repetitive. Her energy is so positive and motivating, and she knows exactly how to keep things fresh while helping me hit my goals. What really sets her apart is that she also builds personalized programs with exercises I can do on my own—complete with videos to guide me. It’s made staying consistent between sessions so much easier. Couldn’t recommend her more!

I've been training with Kasia, and I couldn’t be happier.
Every lesson is different, so I get to experiment with a variety of techniques and have fun. We've done Pilates, kickboxing, trampoline, weightlifting and more.
She equips me with the knowledge I need (including videos) to train on my own between sessions and incorporate fitness into my schedule.
Kasia ends every session with a relaxing massage which is such a perk. I genuinely look forward to each session! I’ve noticed that I always feel energetic and in a great mood after our workouts.
I Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and supportive trainer with a holistic approach - she helps you build healthy lifestyle habits, and have fun while taking care of yourself.

Working with Kasia is the best decision I could have made. She is knowledgeable, kind yet tough and passionate about what she does. Her workouts are always challenging and never boring. She incorporates all sorts of fitness techniques like Pilates and weight training to kickboxing and customizes a plan for each individual. She does not intimidate; instead she motivates and will work with you wherever you need to begin. Having in home training is so convenient and eliminates excuses and procrastination. I am so fortunate to work with her and continue to reap the rewards.

Kasia offers a good combination of rigorous exercises and enthusiastic encouragement. I have been working out with Kasia for over seven years and it is one of the best ways I stay in shape. Kasia is careful about my frequent injuries. She's always willing to adapt the workout to give me strength for whatever other activities I'm doing. She's warm and funny, and a pleasure to be with. Kasia, you're the best!
Warning: Kasia is addictive. She knows physiology and many modes of training so I feel entirely comfortable entrusting myself to her as she coaches me into doing things I didn’t think were possible. She constantly stretches my boundaries (in a good way) and I miss that sense of accomplishment when I am not able to work with her. Kasia takes a personal interest in each of her clients’ total well-being and brings a holistic approach to her sessions. I cannot recommend her enough. Just a wonderful person and effective fitness coach.
I have never been stronger of more flexible. Once a week under Kasia's direction plus once on my own (with her instructions) is all it takes! Highly recommended.

Kasia is the most dedicated trainer I know. I am always amazed how she goes the extra miles for all her clients.
